The Products
The prices of products change as a new Oriflame catalogue is brought out every four weeks. It can sometimes be difficult to display all products and offers online, if you cannot find what you are looking for we will gladly send you a catalogue and you may order via email or telephone. The price of the products includes VAT.
The products may vary from the pictures and shades shown. If we cannot provide you with the goods ordered we will contact you via telephone or email and provide a full refund.
Payments
We currently only accept Paypal as a method of payment. You do not need to have an account with Paypal in order to pay for your order.
Please note that orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
UK
Please allow 10 - 12 working days* for UK orders
UK Royal Mail
Costs £2.95
Overseas
Please allow up to 18 working days* for deliveries overseas.
The cost is dependant on the weight of the goods ordered.
Please note taxes or levies may be charged and we are not responsible for these charges.
*Working days exclude weekends, bank and public holidays.
Refunds and Returns
Within the first 7 days - Under UK law, we will gladly exchange or refund orders in full including delivery charges providing we are notified in writing within 7 working days of the date of delivery. You have a duty of care to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel and all goods will be returned at your cost. We recommend you use recorded delivery or another similar service to ensure we receive the goods and to allow you to track receipt of the return. We will issue a full refund to you within a maximum of 30 days of the date of notification.

Delivery
Ordering via Email or Telephone
If you are ordering from a catalogue via Email or telephone we will send you an invoice through Paypal within 24 hours. Your order will only be dispatched once payment has cleared. If you have a discount code please quote it when you place your order. All offers are subject to availability while stocks last. Please note that clearance offers are often sold out within the first week of each catalogue.
Cookies
In order to improve our service we may track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to the site and to help personalise the content displayed to each user. This may include the use of a ‘cookie’ which would be stored on your browser.
This may also assist in identifying possible fraudulent activities.
Free Newsletter & Opt out
You may wish to sign up to receive our free newsletter. We will not send more than two newsletters to you per catalogue. You can opt out of this at any point and you will not receive any further newsletters.
